Mūnsureiyā has a very distinct appearance, wearing a white, steel mask with many circular designs and a dot in the middle. On the back of his mask he has bands that have the design of magma on it.

Around his neck he has a huge steel chain, whichever is very long. He wears a white silk cloak with orange and maroon designs on the inner border of the neck, the ends of the sleeve,the ends of the bottom of the cloak. Connected to his cloak is a purple rope that goes through grey loops that are buttoned to the cloak. The purple rope is very long and seven foot long that has six, huge, five hundred pound, steel blocks hanging on it. These could be believe that they indicate the symbol of six paths.

Under Mūnsureiyā's cloak he wears a blue kimono with magma designs at the ends of the sleeve and on the neck. Wrapping around the blue kimono is a lavender scarf with the gold and orange gradient designs of trees. The lavender scarf drags on the ground, due to it being so long.

Other things in his outfit are blue pants with magma designs at the end of the legs. He wears blue gloves and blue sandals with blue toe nail polish. Around his sandals are white coating.

Personality: Mūnsureiyā is very sneaky and not loudmouthed at all. He never reveals his secrets or his plans and keeps very quiet to himself. He often speaks in riddles where people might say "What is that suppose to mean?". He does this because he is a very secretive man, with secretive plans.

He is also very calm, and rarely does he express anger. Although he gets angry a lot, it does not show from him being calm. He is respectful and does not underestimate his opponents. He takes great interest in unique ninja, and new experiences and discoveries.

Mūnsureiyā likes a good fight. He loves for his opponent to put up a great fight, so he can have some excitement in his life. He does not insult his opponent and simply might just say few comments. People often get mad by that, but he doesn't care and just ignores it, believing that they will learn one day.

Mūnsureiyā has displayed amazing skill in Taijutsu. His reaction time and reflexes are amazing as he was able to get rid of traps sprung on him from rogue ninja. Using his Sharingan he can use his hand-to-hand abilities to read and even predict his opponents movements to the point that he is able to effectively counter an experienced Kage level ninja's attacks.

Due to Mūnsureiyā's artificial body, his physical strength is ridiculously high. Being able to carry six, five hundren pound, steel blocks on his purple rope. He is also so strong to where he is easily able to break the ground, leaving more than a small hole, but shattering the whole ground into nothing put pieces of rock. Although Obito also had an artificial body, Mūnsureiyā's is stronger, due to the fact that his has been enhanced, and experimented on.

Mūnsureiyā has displayed a high level of speed, even without his Kamui. He has displayed speed against many criminal ninja he fought, closing distances quickly and landing a series of swift blows and punches before any of them could react. Mūnsureiyā is so fast that he is able to keep up with Naruto Uzumaki in Nine-Tails Chakra Mode.
